When Respondents interact with chatbots hosted on Chat2SalesAI, we collect information on behalf of and under the instructions of the User.

Chatbot Responses – We store responses from Respondents for the User who owns the chatbot.
The User is responsible for managing that data and for providing any relevant privacy disclosures.

(ii) Information collected indirectly:

Device & Application Data – IP address, browser, and operating system details.

Referral Data – The source that led the Respondent to the chatbot.

Cookies – Aggregated usage and interaction data (if applicable).

Email Address – Collected only if the chatbot explicitly asks for it. Respondents may choose not to provide it.

6. PURPOSES OF USE AND INFORMATION SHARING

6.1. We use collected data to operate, maintain, and improve the Chat2SalesAI Services and provide features associated with your account.
